1. SUNDAY 30 OCTOBER 2011 Decided to head from Byron to a really quiet beachfront caravan park at Broom’s Head, just south of Yamba. Pity that thunderstorms and gale force winds don’t work so well at the beach. We packed up after just two days and headed back to the thriving metropolis of Yamba, where there is a little more to do in not so pleasant weather.
