SUNDAY 25 - WEDNESDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2011 Since arriving in Queensland, we have discovered the phenomenon that is the council-owned caravan park.  Sure, they may be basic and firmly stuck in the 1970’s (particularly the shower blocks which are a crime against interior design), but for a pittance you get to stay in an absolute beachfront location in sleepy little seaside towns. Very happy with this arrangement indeed.
